In this regard, the examination of the views of some well-known Orientalists like Wilferd Madelung is doubly necessary due to his outstanding and high influential research characteristics, and diversity of his works. This article uses the descriptive-analytic method. The rule of children and the establishment of the Day of Judgment are two views that Madelung applies about the world after Imam Mahdi, and considers the establishment of the Day of Judgment in agreement with most Hadiths. After the review, it becomes clear that this field has four views. Although some researchers believe in the narrations related to the establishment of the Day of Judgment, the view of the partial resurrection (Rajˈat) of the Imams during the Imam Mahdi’s appearance and their ruling after Imam Mahdi (pbuh) is more compatible with the Hadiths. بررسی نگاه مستشرقان به مسئله مهدویت به‌ منظور بهره‌گیری از روش‌‌های مطالعاتی و استفاده از زبان بین الملل و بالطبع به‌ جهت گستردگی مخاطب، برای کارشناسان حوزه مهدویت بسیار ضروری است. در این میان بررسی دیدگاه‌های مستشرقانی چون ویلفرد مادلونگ به‌ جهت ویژگی‌‌های برجسته‌‌ی تحقیقاتی، تأثیرگذاری بالا و آثار فراوانی که دارد، ضرورت دو چندانی پیدا می‌‌کند. این مقاله از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بهره گرفته است. حکومت فرزندان و برپایی قیامت دو دیدگاهی است که مادلونگ درباره جهان پس از مهدی# مطرح می‌سازد و برپایی قیامت را موافق با اکثر روایات می‌‌داند. بعد از بررسی روشن می‌‌شود که در این زمینه چهار دیدگاه وجود دارد. هرچند دیدگاه برپایی قیامت قائلینی دارد اما دیدگاه رجعت ائمهD هنگام ظهور و حکومت ایشان بعد از امام مهدی# موافق‌ترین نظر با روایات است. https://www.mahdimag.ir/article_191869_6b5684116d7f011c10821f41aeaf91e4.pdf
