Journal Article 2025 03 11 The appointment of the position of Imamate has been one of the most fundamental principles of Shiism throughout history. Shiism has long cited numerous evidences from the Quran, Sunnah, and reason to prove this principle against its opponents. One of the related topics is finding the basis of the Quran in the selection of the Imam, ruler, or guardian and guardian of the people as a general principle. The present article attempts to prove, relying on divine verses, that the Quran considers the selection of the Imam, ruler, and guardian of the people to be the creation and appointment of God, both in the form of the case of the Jizyah and in a general view as a principle, and speaks of the necessity of people following the will of God. انتصابی بودن مقام امامت، از اساسی ترین مبانی شیعه در طول تاریخ بوده است. شیعه از دیرباز در برابر مخالفان برای اثبات این مبنا به ادله فراوانی از قرآن و سنت و عقل استشهاد کرده است. یکی از مباحث مرتبط، یافتن مبنای قرآن در انتخاب امام، حاکم و یا ولی و سرپرست مردم به عنوان یک اصل کلی است. مقاله حاضر تلاش می کند با تکیه بر آیات الهی اثبات کند قرآن هم به صورت قضیه جزییه و هم در یک نگاه کلی به عنوان یک اصل انتخاب امام، حاکم و ولی مردم را به جعل و نصب خداوند می داند و از ضرورت تبعیت مردم از اراده خداوند سخن می گوید. https://www.mahdimag.ir/article_217175_33c73249fee1a689a348d99cbbfe631e.pdf
