These teachings include learning knowledge, skills, and values ​​that are consistent with the nature of religious nature and the Shiite belief in the issue of waiting; Today, the education of the waiting citizen plays an important role in strengthening the collective spirit and collective conscience of the waiting society; in fact, such education in a society has caused the three main elements of citizenship, such as the legal system, the sense of national membership, and the sense of religious belonging and dependence, to be effective on the state of intercultural relations of the waiting people. Such teachings are related to collective issues and altruistic, honest behaviors along with politeness and kindness, good nature and a sense of duty, kindness, justice, etc. These teachings will lead to strengthening social ethics and expanding religious solidarity of a society at the local, national, and global levels. The education of the waiting citizen as a social reality will be one of the components of the religious and Shiite system and a key indicator for the realization of religious democracy in the public sphere of society. In fact, the main and formative grounds for the education or training of the waiting citizen include the Quran, religion, ethics, tradition, history, cultural, social and political structures prevailing in society. The course of changes in the education of the waiting citizen from an educational perspective in the structure of Iranian society is based on the influence of the pure Islamic culture of Muhammad (PBUH). The teachings of the waiting citizen from a political perspective are actually determined by the political system of religious democracy prevailing in Iranian society. Such teachings from a political and civil perspective as a reality teach strategies for creating unity, maintaining unity and comprehensive cohesion of the waiting citizens, which will lead to the growth of religious identity among the waiting citizens. آموزه های شهروند منتظر در جهت استحکام باورهای مهدویت گرایی و مشارکت مدنی شهروندان در زمینه سازی شرایط ظهور نقش بارزی دارد. این آموزه ها در برگیرنده یادگیری دانش، مهارت ها و ارزش‏هایی است که با ماهیت سرشت دینی و اعتقاد شیعه به مسئله انتظار همخوانی دارد؛ آموزش شهروند منتظر امروزه نقش مهمی در تقویت روح جمعی و وجدان جمعی جامعه منتظر دارد؛ در واقع چنین آموزشی در یک جامعه باعث این شده که سه عنصر اصلی شهروندی چون نظام حقوقی، حس عضویت ملی و حس تعلق و وابستگی مذهبی بر وضعیت ارتباطات بین فرهنگی منتظران اثرگذار باشد، چنین آموزه‏هایی با مسائل جمعی و رفتارهای نوع دوستانه، جوانمردانه همراه با ادب و مهربانی، خوش خویی و حس وظیفه شناسی، مهرورزی، عدالت و... ارتباط دارد. این آموزه‏ها به تقویت اخلاق اجتماعی و بسط همبستگی دینی یک جامعه در سطح محلی، ملی و جهانی منجر خواهد شد. آموزش شهروند منتظر به عنوان یک واقعیت اجتماعی از مؤلفه های نظام دینی و شیعی و شاخص کلیدی برای تحقق مردم سالاری دینی در حوزه عمومی جامعه خواهد بود. در واقع زمینه های اصلی و شکل دهنده تربیت یا آموزش شهروند منتظر شامل قرآن، دین، اخلاق، سنت، تاریخ، ساختارهای فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی حاکم بر جامعه می باشد. سیرتحولاتی آموزش شهروند منتظر از بُعد تربیتی در ساختار جامعه ایران بر مبنای تاثیر فرهنگ اسلام ناب محمدی (ص) قرار دارد. آموزه های شهروند منتظر از بُعد سیاسی در واقع توسط نظام سیاسی مردم سالاری دینی حاکم بر جامعه ایران تعیین می گردد، چنین آموزه هایی از بُعد سیاسی و مدنی به عنوان یک واقعیت به تعلیم راهکارهای ایجاد وحدت، حفظ یگانگی و انسجام همه جانبه شهروندان منتظر می پردازد که این مسئله موجب رشد هویت دینی در بین شهروندان منتظر خواهد شد.
