This study elucidates the strategies of the "Ideal Government of the Islamic Revolution" aimed at paving the way for the Reappearance. The investigation of strategic components characterizing the desired government—as envisioned by the Two Leaders for the transition toward the Mahdavi Society—constitutes a pivotal theme of this inquiry. Utilizing a thematic analysis method applied to the speeches and writings of the Two Leaders, this research extracts and synthesizes key concepts regarding the strategies of the Ideal Government. Based on the analysis of the intellectual framework of the two Leaders of the Islamic Revolution, the findings demonstrate that realizing the Mahdavi Society requires the implementation of three key strategic pillars: Cultural, Socio-Political, and Economic strategies. Framed within the theory of "Mahdavi Civilization-Building," these strategies possess the capacity to transform Iran into a paradigm of Islamic governance during the Major Occultation, ultimately culminating in the Reappearance of the Savior. The results indicate that the integration of these components within macro-policymaking can significantly approximate the Iranian-Islamic society to the threshold of the Reappearance.</span> <span lang="AR-SA">تحقق جامعه مهدوی، به‌عنوان غایت نظام اسلامی، نیازمند تدوین الگوی حکمرانی مبتنی بر مبانی امامین انقلاب است. این پژوهش به تبیین راهبردهای دولت تراز انقلاب اسلامی برای زمینه‌سازی ظهور می‌پردازد. تبیین مؤلفه‌های راهبردی دولت مطلوب از منظر امامین انقلاب، جهتِ گذار به جامعه مهدوی، از جمله مباحث مهم این نوشتار است. پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیل مضمون بیانات و مکتوبات امامین انقلاب و استخراج مفاهیم کلیدی راهبردهای دولت تراز انقلاب اسلامی انجام شده است. بر اساس تحلیل منظومه فکری امامین انقلاب اسلامی، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که برای تحقق جامعه مهدوی، اجرای سه راهبرد کلیدی زیر ضروری اس</span><span lang="FA">ت: </span><span lang="AR-SA">راهبرد فرهنگی،</span><span lang="AR-SA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA">راهبرد سیاسی-اجتماعی و</span><span lang="AR-SA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA">راهبرد اقتصادی</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> <span lang="AR-SA">این راهبردها در قالب نظریه «تمدن‌سازی مهدوی»، قابلیت تبدیل ایران به الگوی حکمرانی اسلامی در عصر غیبت کبرا را دارند تا امر زمینه‌سازی به ظهور منجی بینجامد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد هم‌پیوندی این مؤلفه‌ها در سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان، می‌تواند جامعه ایرانی-اسلامی را به سکوی ظهور نزدیک‌تر کند</span> https://www.mahdimag.ir/article_234130_43ade439d8460a93017968368556f4af.pdf
