Until a few decades ago, "Mahdavit" was considered one of the religious and Shiite doctrines along with other teachings of the Islamic religion, and many thinkers did not attach a special and privileged position to it; But today, without a doubt, promiseism, Mahdism and discussions in these fields are among the most important issues that affect the equations of the world and are of interest to the world. On the other hand, with the development and expansion of communication tools and virtual space, it is more necessary than before to propagate and express the authentic Mahdavi teachings from the clear source of the teachings of the Qur'an and Ahl al-Bayt: in the context of virtual space.
In order to introduce the culture of Mahdavitism, in 2009, the Mahdavit specialized center started the electronic magazine "Sapedeh Sahar".
With the focus of scientific researches and articles produced in the specialized center of Mahdavitism, "Sapiedah Sahar" has addressed the academic and seminary elite who are interested in working in the field of Mahdavitism, and in a new move, it has added three more sections to the publication: The first part reflects Mahdavi's various theses in seminary and university centers; In the second part, it presents various Mahdavi subjects for research and research to those interested; The third part of the magazine also introduces the new publications of Mahdavi. In this section, the books that will be published in the field of Mahdism are introduced.
In 2018 and from issue 43 onwards, the magazine was published with the aim of quality improvement and after obtaining the necessary permits, in the form of a scientific-specialized quarterly with the new name "Mahdavi Studies" and in both paper and virtual formats, and until now, by the grace of God His Highness and with the grace of Hazrat Wali Asr4, he has presented 54 issues with more than 277 specialized scientific articles to the scientific community and those interested in this field. Further, considering the extensive presentation of necessary materials during this thirteen-year period, the editorial board decided to publish the mentioned journal in two quarterly forms with the aim of deepening the scientific articles.
In the end, I shake the hand of all researchers interested in Mahdism and I welcome the scientific works and articles of dear ones. Also, I feel it necessary to thank the director of the Mahdavit Specialized Center, the responsible manager of the magazine, the internal manager of the magazine, and the editorial board, who laid the foundation and were involved in the activity of this publication during these years, and I hope that the efforts of all dear ones will be satisfied by God.
